ok but how do i
You can come and order up to three dozen doughnuts on the spot, in person, from one of our open locations any time listed on the Contact page. We are closed completely on Mondays until further notice.
For orders of two dozen or more, or for the Happy Birthday box, we can schedule an order for pickup from our St Laurent location only. Orders must be finalized with payment at least two days before they're to be made, so it's a good idea to email or phone us to start the process at least a week in advance.
Our staff is too busy with in-person customers and high production volume on Saturday and Sunday to take or finalize advance orders, so please take that into consideration when planning. We will do everything we can to follow up on your calls and emails from Monday to Friday.
Our prices for advance orders of any size are the same as from the shop directly: $15 per six doughnuts, and there's no tax.
We are not able to offer delivery or pickup from different locations. We are not available on any delivery app.
do you ever do
Yes! We can produce however many doughnuts you need for your wedding or other special occasion.
We are not able to offer any custom flavours or designs or presentation, just boxes by the dozen or half dozen of our current menu for the date scheduled. Many wonderful wedding and event planners have built gorgeous displays using our doughnuts - towers, doughnut walls, sumptuous spreads.
Dream big! We just do the doughnut part.
If you are planning a big day down the road, we are happy to start dreaming with you, but we can't offer a quote that will stand for longer than four months in advance. Any further than that, we can only speculate.
E-mail Jesse McDonald, our self-declared "helpful person," to start the conversation whenever you like!
We now offer a boxed set of thirteen doughnuts that spell out HAPPY BIRTHDAY for any occasion!
Graduation? HAPPY BIRTHDAY! New job? HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
Sick friend? HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
Holiday cheer? HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
Whatever you feel, you can say it with a box of doughnuts that spells out HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
BIRTHDAY
Happy
IT COSTS FORTY BUCKS!
ORDER IN ADVANCE
For now, we don't offer any custom lettering or different phrases at all.
By default, the flavours are assorted from the selection listed above, but you can let us know your sensitivities or preferences. None of the letters can be filled or made with cake dough. Boston Cream and Fruit Empanada are not available in the birthday set.
The whole set can be made vegan, but it can't be split between vegan and non-vegan dough. If you are getting a non-vegan set, you can still choose the vegan flavours. They'll just all be made on the regular dough.
The set is $40, and there’s no tax.
The ordering and pickup process are the same as above.
