Yes we do! SuzyQ is proud to have developed and refined a recipe for vegan-friendly dough that is almost indistinguishable from our traditional recipe, and we use it in flavours that rotate seasonally as well as several we never stop serving!
In most places where we list our doughnut menu, the vegan-friendly flavours are marked with the ⓥ symbol. If it's ever less than clear, please don't hesitate to ask! Our staff is pleased to make every effort to get you the treats you want.
Yes, preordering doughnuts is the only way to be certain you'll get exactly the right amount of exactly the right flavours at exactly the right time!

Visit our online ordering page and choose the location from which you'd like to pick up at your chosen time, or if you'll be seeking delivery, the location closest to the order's destination (it makes a difference to the price).
SuzyQ Doughnuts are divided into three price tiers, based on the ingredients and labour required to make them just right. Those tiers are:
When there are six doughnuts in one order, GST and HST are not charged, and a discount of 8% is applied to their total price.
When there are twelve or more doughnuts in one order, GST and HST are not charged, and a discount of 17% is applied to their total price.
Most orders are around the middle of those ranges, because most of our doughnuts are in the "Beyond Perfection" category. Your detailed receipt will show the price of each doughnut and the discount applied for your chosen quantity - please don't hesitate to accept or ask for one!
We keep an up to date list of common allergens - as well as some not-so-common allergens, and other potentially sensitive ingredients - for your convenient perusal at this link.
If you don't see something on that chart, but also don't see it listed, please call or email us and ask about it. We'll check all of the ingredients that go into all of our ingredients that go into all of our products, and find out anything that's within our power.
The simple answer is no, nearly everything we make in our kitchens is made up in large part with wheat flour.
We have experimented for years with developing a dough recipe that doesn't contain wheat, and we've had some promising results, but nothing that quite made it up to our standard for a product we'd be proud to offer.
When the day comes that we nail that wheatless dough recipe, the next obstacle to promising anything truly gluten free will be the presence of airborne wheat flour in our production facilities. But we'll think of something by then.
We can always let you know which flavours on the current menu deliberately contain nuts or other sensitive ingredients, but we do not have a nut-free facility and cannot responsibly make the claim or guarantee that anything we sell is free from contact. We do our best and we take it seriously, but it will always be at your own risk if you choose to consume our product. Please don't risk it all for a doughnut, even if they are pretty good.

Whether it's a physical card or something you received in an email, you ought to be able to use the gift card number to register it at the Ackroo & SuzyQ gift card portal and check the balance.
If that doesn't work, just send our Helpful Person an email with your card details and contact info (including your birthday if you'd like a free doughnut once a year!) and we'll figure it out.
That's not TECHNICALLY a question, but that was probably pretty frustrating so we understand.
There was a while when we were in between gift card service providers and also quite new to having three locations and also there was a pandemic going on and briefly it seems to have been the case that everyone was not 100% on the same page about the status of our gift card program, especially the loyalty part.
We're sorry for the miscommunication! Your card should still be in our system, and we'll help you find it and use whatever balance remains on it and get you the doughnuts to which you are entitled by all that is good in this world.

When you make an order through our website, you can choose a delivery window for your chosen date. It's important to be aware that our delivery partner, Trexity, does not permit specific scheduled times - the deliveries can arrive any time within the chosen window.
For same day delivery, or scheduled deliveries at specific times in the future, we are partnered exclusively with Uber Eats in Ottawa. You can search for us on their app, or just follow this link and enter your address to start making an order right away.
